Position Overview:
The Masterminds Daycare is currently hiring a Level 2 Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This role focuses solely on child supervision and maintaining staff-to-child ratios—no administrative work is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise children in assigned rooms and ensure a safe, engaging environment
- Maintain required staff-to-child ratios at all times
- Support children’s daily routines and development
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth transitions and coverage
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations

Requirements:

- Alberta Level 2 Early Childhood Educator certification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Strong understanding of child development and supervision
- Dependable, punctual, and works well in a team workplace
