Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble burritos and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Manage time efficiently to serve customers promptly during busy hours
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, balancing registers at shift end
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed

Experience

- Previous food preparation or food service experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced restaurant or food industry setting




- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles is a plus, along with restaurant experience or kitchen background
