Build your sales career with a Canadian manufacturer in a growing market. North American Storage Equipment is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our Calgary Sales team and help customers across Western Canada improve capacity, build higher, and grow their operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In this role, you will develop new opportunities, support existing customers, review project specifications, prepare quotes, and ensure project details are clearly documented for the Operations team. You will also stay involved throughout the project cycle to help keep work on target, on budget, and aligned with customer expectations.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- A university or college education in marketing or a technical stream is an asset




- Experience in capital project sales and oversight
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- Enthusiasm for working directly with customers and building long-term relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to build and manage a long sales pipeline
- A valid driver’s license and personal mode of transportation
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook
- ERP software familiarity is an asset
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks at different stages of completion
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to issue resolution

NICE TO HAVE:

- Pallet racking system design, sales, or installation experience
- Sales training
- Experience selling technical products

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate new leads and develop opportunities with current and prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts
- Review customer and contract needs to recommend appropriate product and service solutions
- Prepare quotes and ensure project information is accurate and complete
- Maintain weekly reports for active projects and prospective opportunities
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure needs are met
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience at every stage
- Participate in product training and become a knowledgeable resource for clients
- Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment
