About the Role

Everclean is a Canadian-owned and operated facility services provider delivering skilled cleaning and maintenance solutions across a range of commercial environments. As part of Kandor Management Corporation, alongside Guardteck Security and Kendrix Technologies, we believe exceptional service starts with well-trained, well-supported people.

The Opportunity: Lead the team responsible for keeping a high-profile client site clean, safe, and running smoothly.

This is a hands-on operations role where you’ll oversee daily cleaning services, lead the site team, maintain quality and safety standards, and serve as a key point of contact for the client.

You’ll lead Site Supervisors, Lead Hands, and frontline service staff while working closely with Property Management and Everclean’s Operations Manager.

Location & schedule: Burnaby, BC

Why this role, why now

Built for growth. Everclean is expanding, creating opportunities for strong operators to take on greater responsibility and advance their careers.

Full operational exposure. Team leadership, client service, staffing, quality assurance, safety, inventory, and reporting—you’ll be involved in every part of site operations.

Real ownership. You’ll be trusted to lead the site, maintain service standards, and resolve operational challenges.

Visible impact. Your leadership will directly shape the cleanliness, safety, and overall experience of everyone who uses the property.

What you’ll actually do

Lead daily operations. Oversee cleaning services, monitor site performance, and ensure all work meets the agreed scope and quality standards.

Manage and develop the team. Lead Site Supervisors, Lead Hands, and frontline staff while maintaining adequate staffing and providing hands-on training.

Own service quality. Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections using quality-assurance applications,

and ensure cleaning and washroom logs are completed.

Be the face of the site. Build a strong working relationship with Property Management and other key stakeholders through regular communication and follow-up.

Keep schedules on track. Prepare and communicate site schedules while responding to absences, coverage gaps, and changing operational needs.

Promote a safe workplace. Ensure employees complete required training, including WHMIS and Bloodborne Pathogens, and maintain compliance with Work SafeBC requirements.

Manage supplies and equipment. Order supplies, conduct inventory audits, verify proper storage and labelling, and coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance.

Plan and report. Review monthly service hours, develop staffing plans, track additional work requests, and report on site performance and improvement opportunities.
