Senior Manager, IT – Global Procure to Pay

Location: Toronto, ON. Hybrid: 3 days/week.

Job Description: The Senior Manager, IT – Global Procure to Pay will provide subject‑matter expertise in the PTP and Accounts Payable area. You must be a skilled relationship builder who can thrive in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments. The role requires guiding the organization on how to leverage new systems and understanding the impact of technology developments on the company.

Partnership with Procure‑to‑Pay and Finance stakeholders across Kraft Heinz to build process and technology capabilities that support growth and strategic agenda is essential.

What’s on the menu?

- Act as an SAP solution architect & SME with accountability for the design and implementation of PTP capabilities in the Accounts Payable Management and related supporting functions.
- Own the global PTP and Accounts Payable template and drive process standardization across the organization.
- Lead both internal team and external service provider team through the various stages of project implementation.
- Manage multiple global projects simultaneously.
- Handle demand management, capital requests and cost‑benefit analysis.
- Gather business requirements, develop functional specifications and manage test cases.
- Manage end‑to‑end PTP applications and integration with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
- Configure the system for payment processing for vendors, including global banking integrations for Check, Wire, EFT, ACH, e‑payables, SCF, BMG, etc.
- Maintain good working relationships with cross‑functional teams such as GBS, Change Management, IT Support, Testing, Development, Security and Basis teams.
- Manage active relationships with global business teams including Finance, Procurement, Tax and other supporting teams.
- Handle vendor management and software license renewals.

- 6+ years of experience in Information Systems with SAP functional and configuration experience.
- 2–4 years of people‑management experience.




- Strong relationship‑management skills, both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, accounts payable process, vendor payment processes and associated systems, and technology (SAP).
- Deep understanding of integration between SAP and non‑SAP applications (e.g., SAP ECC, S4HANA, SAP DRC, SAP Integration Suite, SAP MDG, ARIBA Suite, SAP Business Network, Saviynt, SNOWFLAKE, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with SaaS, PaaS solutions and on‑premises solutions.
- SAP Materials Management (MM): Direct and Indirect Procurement (contracts, purchase requisitions/orders, goods receipts, invoice receipts, vendor master, source lists, etc.). Stock transport orders and inter‑company goods movement.
- Monitor and understand government electronic invoice compliance mandates and support KHC‑related system projects and integrations globally.
- Experience in OCR and invoice management solutions such as Open Text, SAP VIM, Basware, Readsoft, Tungsten and Ariba Suite.
- Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities.
- Good analytical and logical skills to analyze data and design/implement flexible business solutions by solving complex problems.
- Good understanding of cross‑functional SAP ECC capabilities and support of procure‑to‑pay workstream, ARIBA functionalities, master data maintenance and reporting capabilities.
- Good understanding of US tax, VAT and withholding tax functionalities.
- Possess critical‑thinking skills, quantitative and analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑starter, driven with high business process acumen.




- Positive attitude with the ability to work across different business stakeholders and technical teams to accomplish complex tasks.

New Hire Base Salary Range

$118,600.00 – $148,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
