Our client, a well known established boutique law firm requires a part time bookkeeper. The ideal timeframe is to work 20 hours per week either hybrid or on-site.

The role:

Handle A/P and A/R oversight, following up on outstanding invoices.

Create and send invoices for professional services and manage payments for office expenses, subscriptions, credit cards, insurance and general operating expenses

Reconcile account statements for both Trust accounts and company bank accounts

Prepare in-house payroll for a very small team.

Generate financial statements and maintain the general ledger

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience with law firm experience being highly preferred but similar professional service industry experience is fine

Full proficiency in Quick Books with general knowledge of MS Office

Must be detail oriented with professional communication to handle client inquires.

College diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping is highly preferred.

Our client offers $35- 40/hr.
