Fall 2026 Internship

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience and identifying top talent. Join a bilingual, high-performance, inclusive and cooperative national recruitment team, where professionalism and fun are at the heart of our culture. More specifically, you will be required to :

- Contribute to the full recruitment cycle, including proactive candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling group interviews, coordinating background checks and presenting offers to selected candidates
- Manage candidate pools and participate in prospecting and visibility activities with targeted organizations
- Solicit and attract passive candidates to fill current positions
- Promote careers within the Group and support employee development by providing information, advice and feedback as part of the staffing process.
- Participate in various development projects related to the evolution of talent acquisition practices
- Ensure compliance with privacy and information security policies and guidelines

What you bring to the table

- Student enrolled in a College or Bachelor's program in administration,



human resources or industrial relations
- The internship must be credited/certified by your educational institution as part of your current diploma
- Knowledge of French is required
