Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist on a fixed-term basis to join our vibrant HR team. Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage applicant data, track hiring metrics, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using platforms to identify high-quality candidates efficiently.
- Conduct thorough interviews, employing effective questioning techniques to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Negotiate offers confidently with candidates while maintaining alignment with company policies and budget considerations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and refine selection criteria.
- Engage in research activities including cold calling potential candidates, lead generation efforts, and market analysis to expand talent pools.




- Support onboarding initiatives by coordinating training & development programs and ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through clear communication and timely updates on recruitment progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends in human resources, recruiting best practices, and emerging sourcing tools like Salesforce integrations or UltiPro.

Experience

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources recruitment roles within fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively.
- Excellent interviewing capabilities combined with exceptional communication skills to engage diverse candidate pools.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques including cold calling, research methods, and lead generation strategies.
- Knowledge of employee relations principles and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Prior experience working with HR tools such as ADP, Kronos, or UltiPro will be considered an advantage.
