Blunt is an independent cannabis retail store that takes pride in an education first process - to deliver the best customer service experience.

We are currently looking for a Team Lead for approximately 4 shifts per week. The Team

Lead is in charge of the retail space when a Manager is not present and has the responsibility to enthusiastically uphold Policies and reinforce the SOPs.

Requirements
- Over the age 19 at the time of application

- Selling It Right Certification
- Availability to work varying shifts during the days, nights and on weekends
- Ability to engage with clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Duties As a Team Lead you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:




- Work scheduled and flex shifts
- Compliance and reinforcement of relevant policy, procedures, and regulations
- Supervise the store and employees
- Resolve and de-escalate customer complaints

- Accurately maintain till
- Meet minimum transaction value and sign up targets

- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain update knowledge on the current inventory and industry trends

- Inventory counts
- Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces in the store

- Stamping bags
- Other tasks necessary for the operations of the business and tasks delegated by

supervisors

Compensation
- Hourly wage: $18.25 - $19.50 + Tips
- Quarterly performance bonus (up to $800)

Pay: $18.25-$19.50 per hour
