6IX Assembly is a premium furniture and outdoor assembly company serving customers across the GTA. We specialize in assembling furniture, gazebos, pergolas, sheds, playsets, basketball systems, fitness equipment, office furniture, TV mounting, and more.
As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for dependable Team Leaders and Assembly Helpers who take pride in quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
TEAM LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a crew on residential and commercial projects.
Assemble furniture, outdoor structures, fitness equipment, and other products according to manufacturer instructions.
Read and follow assembly manuals independently.
Supervise and train helpers.
Ensure jobs are completed safely and to a high standard.
Communicate professionally with customers.
Photograph completed work.
Keep job sites clean and organized.
Represent the 6IX Assembly brand professionally.
ASSEMBLY HELPER RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Team Leader with installations.
Carry and organize materials and tools.
Learn assembly techniques and manufacturer instructions.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Grow into a future Team Leader role.
TEAM LEADER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of assembly or installation experience.
Experience leading crews is preferred.
Strong knowledge of hand and power tools.
Ability to solve problems independently.
Valid Ontario driver’s licence.
Reliable vehicle.
Own skilled tools.
Able to lift 75+ lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
ASSEMBLY HELPER REQUIREMENTS
Assembly, construction, moving, or trades experience is an asset but not required.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Physically fit and able to lift 75+ lbs.
Comfortable using basic hand tools.
Punctual and dependable.
