Position Overview

As a Team Member, you will play an essential role in creating an outstanding guest experience while supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. Working alongside the leadership team, you will help ensure each shift runs efficiently, maintains Shelby's high standards, and fosters a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience through friendly, professional service.
- Provide personalized customer interactions and respond to guest needs with care and enthusiasm.
- Prepare and serve high-quality menu items in accordance with company recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain consistent attendance and arrive for scheduled shifts in clean, appropriate uniform.
- Uphold company standards for food quality, hygiene,



cleanliness, and workplace safety.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or kitchen environment is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Frequently lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
- Regularly lift up to 15 lbs (7 kg).
- Push or move products, boxes, and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs (27 kg).
