Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Greet guests with an energetic and welcoming attitude.
- Guide customers through our customizable menu options.
- Operate POS systems to accurately process cash and card transactions.
- Resolve issues quickly to ensure every guest leaves happy.
Food Preparation & Quality
- Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, and organizing fresh produce.
- Build entrees like bowls, burritos, salads, wraps, and smoothies.
- Follow recipes strictly to maintain portion control and taste consistency.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Store Operations
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining, kitchen,
and prep areas.
- Restock stations continuously throughout the shift.
- Wash dishes and equipment according to health standards.
- Open or close the store by following designated checklists.
Qualifications & Skills
- High energy and a passion for health and wellness.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and teammates.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure during peak rush hours.
- No experience required; previous food service or retail experience is an asset.
- Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
