Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Evening/Night Shift)

At Bonjour Bagel, we're looking for a motivated Night Shift Team Member who loves delivering outstanding customer service while keeping our restaurant clean, organized, and ready for the next day.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience

- Welcome every guest with a friendly attitude and a genuine smile.
- Provide fast, accurate, and attentive service.
- Build relationships that encourage customers to return.
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally.

Drive Sales

- Recommend menu items with confidence.
- Master the art of upselling and cross-selling to enhance every order.
- Promote featured products, combos, desserts, and beverages.
- Help achieve daily sales goals while creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Closing Responsibilities As part of the evening shift, you'll prepare the restaurant for the next business day by:

- Cleaning the dining room, kitchen, and workstations.
- Washing dishes and maintaining the highest sanitation standards.




- Restocking ingredients, packaging, beverages, and supplies.
- Organizing storage areas, refrigerators, and inventory.
- Completing the closing checklist.
- Ensuring Bonjour Bagel is clean, fully stocked, and ready for the opening team.

Experience Previous experience in customer service, retail, or the restaurant industry is an asset, but it's not required. We value attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn above all else.
