- Manage ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and SecOps platform capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules.
- Lead Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB implementation.
- Support CMDB governance, data quality, and CSDM.
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Server.
- Troubleshoot platform, integration, performance, and security issues.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, ATF, release management, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and deployment guides.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, offshore teams, and vendors.
