Own end-to-end program management for a portfolio of Credit and Fraud AI solutions Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively Manage project tracking, workflows, and reporting using Jira Ensure timely delivery against commitments while balancing scope, resources, and quality Gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical plans Serve as the primary liaison between: Research &
• Development teams (model development, experimentation), Engineering &
• Production teams (deployment, scaling, monitoring), Business Partners (Credit Risk, Fraud Operations), Platform Teams (infrastructure, MLOps, data engineering) Facilitate cross-functional alignment through regular syncs, planning sessions, and retrospectives Prepare clear,
concise written updates and reports for senior leadership Lead presentations to executives on program status, risks, and strategic decisions AI Lifecycle Support Support initiatives across the AI/ML lifecycle: research, development, validation, deployment, and monitoring Collaborate with teams to ensure production readiness and ongoing model performance Contribute to continuous improvement of AI delivery processes and best practices Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field ~5+ years in technical program or project management, preferably in technology or data-driven environments ~ Strong foundation in project management fundamentals and methodologies ~ Proficiency with Jira for project tracking, workflow management, and reporting ~ ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences ~ Proven ability to manage relationships and drive alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams ~ Understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle (experimentation, training, deployment, monitoring) Experience with credit risk modeling or fraud detection solutions Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled Agile frameworks A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible perks, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock options where applicable
