RBC role** We're looking for a Sr. Technical Support Analyst to join Client's Wealth Management BRAID Application Support team,
- providing world-class support and resolving issues across technical and business teams.
- Solid hands-on experience with the Pega platform is essential, along with process/workflow analysis skills.
- The role involves monitoring system health using Dynatrace and ELK stack, writing SQL queries, and leading root cause investigations for application failures.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility for rotational on-call support are required.
