Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, negotiation, and account management, with experience in B2B/ B2C sales and marketing skills being highly desirable. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market analysis.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that enhance product visibility.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.




- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client needs and concerns.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in business development and account management is essential.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus; ability to understand technical products is required.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market opportunities and customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
