We are seeking for a fun and professional person to be our office receptionist.

Monday-Friday (Full-time)

*Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)

*Good time management

*Must be self-motivated

*Creative problem solver

*Comfortable managing both ongoing tasks and on the spot tasks

*Enjoys talking to people and demonstrate client care services

*Advanced skills in Word and Excel

Day to day tasks includes:

*Managing reception area

*Creating lists and spreadsheets

*Retrieving quotes and researching topics as required

*Checking voicemail

*Data entry

*Product knowledge and being able to present them to walk-in clients (We will train you on the products)

Qualifications & Requirements

*No Experience required

*Warm, professional, and organized

*Able to work independently and collaboratively

*Excellent computer and typing skills
