We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory support, data entry, and customer service. The successful candidate will help ensure orders are processed accurately, inventory is maintained, and customers receive excellent service.

Ideal Candidate

- React quickly to fulfilling current orders for both shipping and customer in-store pickups
- Identify and report opportunities to continuously improve the online experience for Skiis & Biikes customers
- You’re keen to learn about new technologies and the latest trends in skiing and snowboarding.
- You’re confident speaking to a variety of different people, both over the phone and in written communications.
- You're motivated by systems, accuracy and attention to detail.

Ideal Qualifications

- Experience in e-commerce including retail business and fulfilment considered an asset
- Ski and Snowboard knowledge is an asset
- Comfortable in a ever-changing, start-up-like atmosphere including the ability to quickly learn new computing software
- Proven organization skills and ability to produce accurate and detail-oriented work
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Comfortable with lifting boxes and repetitive tasks
