As we expand our Canadian operations, we are looking for an Operations Specialist who can help us optimize our logistics processes, coordinate shipments, and ensure our clients receive the tracking visibility they depend on.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our Mississauga team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our logistics coordination, ensuring shipments move smoothly from origin to destination. You will work closely with carriers, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

What You Will Do

- Coordinate and monitor international and domestic shipments from pickup to delivery
- Track shipments and provide proactive updates to clients
- Resolve operational issues, including delays, damages, and customs holds
- Communicate with carriers,



freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery performance
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Support the operations team with data entry, reporting, and documentation

What You Bring

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively in the office
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote work days
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
