Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Labourers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting various construction, maintenance, and installation projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace. The Labourers will play a vital part in ensuring project timelines are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work workplace throughout the project duration
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed

Experience

- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields is Required minimum one year.




- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites is advantageous
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
- Valid driver’s license is beneficial for transportation to various job sites
