Responsibilities

- Assist customers with TELUS and Koodo mobility products and services.
- Recommend devices, accessories, home services, internet, and security solutions based on customer needs.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build long-term relationships.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay up to date on the latest TELUS products, promotions, and services.
- Maintain accurate customer documentation and follow company policies.

Qualifications

- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset.
- Wireless industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, positive, and results-driven.
- Comfortable learning new technology and adapting to change.




- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are considered a strong asset due to the needs of our diverse customer base. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
