Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook small plates with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine seasonal menu items.
- Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards and health regulations.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
- Adapt to varying customer demands with a calm and professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A creative mindset
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
