one of our client who operates A leading food manufacturing company in Mississauga is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator (Shipping & Receiving) to join their growing operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Schedule deliveries and carrier pickups.
- Prepare shipping documentation and bills of lading.
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse staff.
- Investigate shipping discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of logistics, shipping, or receiving experience.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is an asset.
- Forklift certification is considered an asset.
