Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at our Toronto location. This role is vital in ensuring excellent customer service and operational excellence in our branch, aligning with our mission to provide accessible financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Implement sales strategies to grow the branch’s customer base.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management within the financial services industry.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
- Knowledge of financial products such as payday loans, money orders, and wire transfers.
- Strong math skills for transaction accuracy.
- Previous experience managing a branch or similar role is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are an asset but not required.
