Soogadin Field Services is hiring Journeyperson Scaffolders at Kearl Lake!

We are currently looking for experienced, hard-working, and motivated Journeyperson Scaffolder for Projects at Kearl Lake starting July 13, 2026.

Shift: 14&14
Travel: Fly in/out (YEG or YYC) or shuttle from Fort McMurray
Hours: 12 Hour Days
Accommodations: Camp Provided

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: All Tickets MUST be through Energy Safety Canada

- Must have previous scaffold experience and be able to prove craft level:
- Journeyperson Dispatch Slip
- CLAC Letter of Hours (3200+ hours)
- Letter of Employment (3200+ hours)
- Ticketed

- Complete and pass a knowledge check questionnaire in a one-way video interview that will be sent to you by Spark Hire
- Safety tickets: CSTS 09/20, WHMIS 2015, ESC Fall Protection, ESC H2S Alive, ESC Confined Space, ESC Wildlife Awareness (inc. Bear awareness)
- Able to pass a pre-access test
