Requirements
Must have:
- We require a DEP, AEC, or certificate credential.
- We require at least 1 year of experience in IT.
- We are seeking someone with hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 identity and access administration.
- Experience with Windows workstation deployment, configuration, and updates is required.
- Practical knowledge of SonicWall and UniFi router administration, including networking, security, updates, and troubleshooting, is expected.
- Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware, software, and basic network issues is needed.
Responsibilities:
- We support Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 identity and access services, including user, group, access, authentication, and security policy management.
- We provide technical assistance to users on site and remotely by phone across the Outaouais, Montreal, and Ottawa areas.
- We diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, and basic network connectivity.
- We install, configure, and update Windows workstations and IT peripherals.
- We manage, maintain,
and troubleshoot SonicWall and UniFi routers, including network settings, security, and updates.
- We deploy standard organizational software such as Microsoft 365, antivirus tools, and printers.
- We participate in the rollout and replacement of IT equipment.
- We perform basic network checks such as connectivity, IP configuration, Wi‑Fi access, and network printer access.
- We document technical interventions and keep internal procedures up to date.
- We contribute to preventive maintenance activities to help ensure the performance and reliability of IT equipment.

We offer a hybrid remote position based in Gatineau, Quebec.
