About the Company Our client, a reputable law firm in downtown Toronto is seeking a Personal Injury Law Clerk to join their growing Class Action team. This is a fully remote position, and is Ontario-based. Draft and prepare court documents including pleadings, motion records, certification materials, and affidavits of documents.

Assist with file management, including maintaining litigation calendars, deadlines, and limitation periods.

Conduct preliminary legal research and assist with investigation and evidence gathering.

Communicate professionally with clients, class members, third parties, and co-counsel.

Prepare materials for examinations, motions, and hearings.

Support Lawyers in trial preparation and settlement implementation.

Law Clerk

Diploma/Certificate from an accredited institution.

- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Litigation (Class Actions or Personal Injury).
- Proficiency in Ontario court procedures and Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Market-competitive salary up to $80,000, commensurate with experience.
