Job Title: Test Data Management Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON -Hybrid (2-3 days onsite/week)

Duration: 6-12 Months of contract with possible extension

Experience Required: 6-8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Test Data Management activities across multiple testing initiatives.
- Design, create, maintain, and manage test data solutions to support application testing.
- Develop and enhance automation solutions using C# and JavaScript .
- Work with MS SQL Server , DB2 , and other database technologies to extract, transform, and manage test data.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to understand test data requirements.
- Lead a small team and independently deliver assigned features and project objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and train junior team members to improve technical and professional capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with data masking, data privacy, and security standards.
- Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives in test automation and data management processes.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent graduate qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Test Data Management (TDM) .
- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript .
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and DB2 databases.
- Experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
- Ability to lead a small team and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Skills

- Team leadership experience.
- Coaching, mentoring, and training junior resources.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Exposure to automation frameworks and testing tools.
- Knowledge of data masking and test setting management.
