We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Threading & Beauty Specialist. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while performing precise threading treatments and assisting clients with their beauty needs. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and confident.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional threading services to shape eyebrows and facial hair with precision and care
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized throughout your shift




- Stay informed about new beauty trends, products, and techniques to enhance client satisfaction

Requirements

- Proven experience in threading, waxing, or other facial hair removal techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a beauty setting
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
