Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision to support meal service
- Organize and store clean items properly to ensure easy access for kitchen staff
- Follow food handling and safety procedures diligently to prevent contamination
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by helping with meal prep and serving as needed




- Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling protocols are followed

Experience

- Prior experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards is advantageous
- Previous kitchen experience involving cooking or meal preparation is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn food industry best practices and adhere to health regulations
