Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the tire and auto repair shop.
- Manage and support technicians and service staff.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders.
- Maintain inventory of tires, parts, and shop supplies.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Assist with hiring, training, and employee development.
- Help grow the business through strong customer relationships and efficient operations.
Qualifications
Previous management or supervisory experience in an automotive or tire shop.
- Strong knowledge of tire installation, repair, balancing, alignments,
and automotive repair.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with shop management software is an asset.
