We’re currently looking for a Customs Release Technician to join our amazing team. This role is perfect for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

What you’ll do:

- Contact clients to request additional import documents or information
- Compile, verify, and prepare customs clearance data
- Review entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Set priorities and maintain organized records in our database
- Scan, print, and file supporting documents
- Respond to internal and external information requests
- Assist with other tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:

- CCS designation or customs brokerage experience (an asset)




- Strong data entry skills with great attention to detail
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
- A collaborative, positive team player
- Confident problem-solving skills and good judgment when escalating issues
