Duties

- Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and styling consultations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items to enhance client results and increase sales
- Greet clients at the front desk, schedule appointments, and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded




- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking salon supplies as needed

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to personal care services
- Ability to upsell products confidently without being pushy
- Prior experience in retail sales or front desk operations is preferred
- Robust organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain a tidy workspace
- A positive attitude, energetic approach, and passion for the beauty industry
