Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HRIS Manager to support payroll operations across Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. This role combines payroll processing, compliance, financial reporting, and HRIS support, while playing a key role in payroll systems, integrations, and process improvements. This role has 1 analyst reporting to it and requires being in the office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and review multi-country payroll (Canada, U.S., and U.K.).
- Prepare payroll journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany billings, and year-end tax reporting.
- Support payroll audits, compliance, budgeting, and benefits analysis.
- Maintain and enhance Workday Time Tracking, payroll integrations, and Concur Expense.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to improve payroll processes and reporting.
- Support payroll system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- PCP or PLP designation required.




- 5+ years of payroll experience in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation; U.S. and U.K. payroll experience is an asset.
- Experience with Workday, ADP Workforce Now, SAP, and advanced Excel.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
