We have an opening for a full-time Commercial Property Management Assistant in our commercial property management department.

The daily routines of our onsite management office include carrying out property building and equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, improvements and upgrades; overseeing contractors and supervising on site janitors and security guards; following the calendar in organizing events and decorations to promote the property and to increase traffic; as well as dealing with tenant’s matters such as assisting tenants, administering lease agreements and collection of rents.

Candidates with no relevant experience are welcome. We provide on-the-job coaching for those who have passion and commitment to develop their career in the commercial property management industry; who are willing to learn and able to learn.

We expect the candidate should have some basic knowledge of building, mechanical or electrical technologies; have excellent skills in verbal and written communication in English, time management,



organization and observation; pay attention to details; be a team player, resourceful, self-motivated, able to take initiatives and to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $45,000-$49,000 plus fringe perks including extended health care, dental care, vision care, critical illness, disability and life insurance, continuous education reimbursement, company events etc. There are good advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
