We are seeking a Training and Development Manager to design practical learning programs that strengthen employee skills, performance, and career growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify training and development needs
- Create and deliver engaging learning programs
- Manage onboarding and leadership development
- Coordinate trainers, vendors, and learning resources
- Track participation, feedback, and program results
- Improve training materials and processes
Requirements:
- Experience in training, learning and development, or human resources
- Strong presentation, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities
- Comfortable using learning and workplace technology
- Relevant education or certification is an asset
- Equivalent education and experience are welcome
