Position Overview:

The Transport Dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating our fleet operations. This position ensures routes are optimized, schedules run smoothly, and safety and compliance remain top priorities.

The wage for this position is $70,000- $80,000 based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and dispatch drivers to keep pick-ups and deliveries right on time
- Build smart, efficient routes that save miles, time, and money
- Stay in constant contact with drivers, offering real-time support when it counts




- Track vehicle locations and performance through modern dispatch systems
- Keep every run compliant with transportation laws, safety standards, and company policy
- Partner with logistics and yard teams to keep daily operations seamless
- Deliver standout service by handling customer inquiries and updates fast

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in a dispatch or fleet coordination is required
- Knowledge of transportation regulations across Ontario and Quebec.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and dispatch/tracking software (e.g., Fleet Complete, ScrapIT, CRM).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
