Experience: 2-5 yrs

Job Location: Delhi NCR Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain a client base by identifying and acquiring new customers through various sales channels.

Provide personalized travel consulting and create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and schedules.

Sell and promote travel services, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and tour packages.

Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as travel insurance, premium packages, and local tours to maximize revenue.

Build strong relationships with travel suppliers and negotiate competitive rates for clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and excellent customer service.

Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations to provide expert advice to clients.

Handle bookin-g changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions with efficiency and professionalism.

Resolve client queries, complaints, and travel-related issues in a timely manner.

Use CRM tools to manage customer data,



track sales performance, and report sales activity.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth client experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any graduate/post-graduate.

Excellent customer focus solid communication skills, self-driven and has a passion to pursue a career in travel.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Highly motivated individual who can deliver continuously under a target driven sales environment.

Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.

Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.

Personal travel experience will be an advantage.
