- Lead the development of the facility Maintenance Program
- Mentor and oversee maintenance technicians' daily activities
- Plan maintenance shutdowns across operational areas

- Ensure timely calibration of all instruments Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Over 8 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Proven background in managing Preventive Maintenance programs
