The Role

We're not looking for a marketing guru. We're looking for a doer. Someone who is reliable, willing to learn, takes ownership, and enjoys getting things done.

You don't need to know everything on day one. But you do need to be willing to learn, take ownership, and figure things out.

This is primarily an execution-focused marketing role. You'll help coordinate marketing activities, support customer growth initiatives, maintain digital channels, and help move projects forward.

If you're someone who enjoys turning ideas into reality and seeing the direct impact of your work, you'll probably enjoy this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Execution





Manage and update WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and Facebook accounts

Create and publish content using AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Cap Cut, or similar platforms

Coordinate photos, videos, customer stories, and promotional content

Maintain and execute content calendars

1. Website & Digital Presence

Update website content and landing pages

Coordinate with external vendors when required

Support website improvement initiatives

Maintain online business listings and digital presence

1. Customer Growth Initiatives

Support Loyalty & Referral Program execution

Support Business Partnership Program initiatives

Assist with seasonal campaigns and promotions

Support customer review generation and reputation management

1. Marketing Operations & Reporting

Maintain marketing activity tracking and reporting

Assist with CRM and customer database updates

Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance

Use Google Analytics and related tools to monitor traffic sources, customer behaviour, and campaign performance

Support monthly marketing reviews and reporting

What We're Looking For1. Language Requirements

Chinese is essential for this role. A significant portion of our customers, partners, and marketing channels operate in Chinese, including WeChat and Xiaohongshu. You should be comfortable writing and communicating in Chinese on a daily basis.

Working proficiency in English is also required.

1. Experience & Skills

2+ years of marketing, social media, communications, or related experience





Experience managing WeChat and Xiaohongshu content

Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook

Comfortable using Google Analytics and basic reporting tools

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar tools

Strong execution and follow-through

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

1. Nice to Have

Experience with Google Business Profile

Basic graphic design skills

Basic video editing skills

Experience in automotive, travel, hospitality, retail, or local service businesses
