Join our finance team as a detail-oriented Accountant responsible for managing financial records and ensuring accuracy in all processes. This role requires in-person work and proficiency with accounting software.

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 2-3 years in the field. Your expertise in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial analysis will support our strategic decision-making. Familiarity with the real estate or property management industry is an asset in this role.

Strong proficiency in Mandarin is required as well.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update financial records for daily transactions
- Perform bank and A/R/A/P reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Handle tax-related filings including GST returns
- Liaise with banks regarding financing and investment records

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Experience in real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to work in office and manage tasks independently
