In this temporary position, you will report to the Manager of Materials Management and Procurement Expert Services. Your role encompasses inventory management, RFQs issuance, and communication with vendors. A focus on safety is paramount as you help maintain compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day procurement and inventory control activities
- Issue requests for quotations on lower value products
- Review purchase requisitions and monitor inventory levels
- Handle expedited orders and communicate material availability
- Resolve invoicing and inventory discrepancies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or Business
- Minimum of 4 years' supply chain experience
- Solid computer applications skills
