Job Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support emerging digital commerce and enterprise integration initiatives in a rapidly evolving setting. This individual will partner closely with product, architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate technology solutions, and support the rollout of new commerce-related capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis fundamentals with technical depth in integrations, APIs, and data flows, and thrives in ambiguous, greenfield environments.

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications, integrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, middleware, and backend enterprise systems.
- Proven experience gathering functional and non-functional requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops,



and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to work effectively across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams while supporting roadmap planning and feature prioritization.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience supporting digital commerce, eCommerce platforms, product information management (PIM), product feeds, or related ecosystems.
- Exposure to SEO/GEO optimization, structured data schemas, product attributes, and site crawlability initiatives.
- Experience evaluating integration platforms (iPaaS), supporting vendor selection initiatives, and participating in RFP/RFI processes.
- Familiarity with emerging AI and Agentic Commerce solutions, including integrations with generative AI platforms such as Google Gemini.

Rates: 65-73/hr CAD
