DUTIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

· Good command of business English, written and oral

· Verify supplier invoices for accuracy

· Communicate with suppliers regarding any discrepancies





· Maintain organized filing system

· Assisting with other tasks as required within the department

SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Highly organized, ability to manage multiple tasks and to work under pressure

· Flexible, dedicated and extremely detail oriented individual with a strong emphasis on problem solving.

· Accounting degree or diploma preferred

Experience:

- QuickBooks: 5 years (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
