The RMT provides massage and spa services to guests, and is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of guest service and satisfaction. This is a contract role running from mid May 2026 to November 2026. Full-time or part time positions available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for providing massage and therapeutic services to guests
- Responsible for maintaining the highest level of professionalism in all guest interactions
- Responsible for ensuring hygienic and health standards are met at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification is required
- Ideally 1-3 years experience in a luxury hotel or spa environment
- Fully competent in different forms of massage
- Aesthetic treatment capabilities like facials is a plus





- Customer-service and guest-focused mindset
- Exceptional punctuality, enthusiasm, energy and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a top-notch guest experience
- Must present a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Ability to perform physical tasks
- A background in yoga and guided meditation is considered an asset.
