With increasing demand and a strong reputation in the community, we’re looking to add an experienced Automotive Service Technician (Shop Foreman) to our team.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated experienced technician who takes pride in their work and is comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Volkswagen experience is a strong asset, but not required for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles
- Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Complete work orders efficiently and to manufacturer standards
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Stay current with Volkswagen training and technology




- Lead a team of 3 technicians

What We’re Looking For

- Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a dealership or high-volume shop
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Volkswagen/Audi is an asset
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- The ability to lead a team of technicians
