Occhiolino, part of the Alter Ego Group of restaurants, is a modern Italian restaurant located at Bathurst and College Street, centred on fresh, house-made pasta, intimate dining, and warm, thoughtful hospitality. In addition to our restaurant, we also operate a wholesale pasta program.
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. If you’re a thoughtful, people-focused leader who brings steadiness and warmth to every shift, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
• Lead with a people-first mindset while delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a safe and respectful workplace
• Support the GM and management team on key leadership and operational tasks
• Contribute to a positive,
collaborative environment day-to-day
