Hammer’s Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Comfort Advisor / Project Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply closing sales. We’re looking for someone who can guide homeowners through their options, manage a project from signed agreement to final walkthrough, and help drive the continued growth of the business.

What Success Looks Like

Revenue Production

- Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs.
- Present Good / Better / Best system options and explain the benefits of each.
- Prepare accurate proposals and follow up on outstanding quotes.
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and community relationships.
- Represent Hammer’s at home shows, trade events, and community functions to build brand awareness and generate leads (occasional weekend participation required).

Project Delivery

- Coordinate projects from signed agreement through final installation.
- Schedule jobs and ensure technicians have equipment and materials required.
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Keep customers informed at every stage.

Financial Accountability

- Prepare estimates that maintain healthy project margins.
- Track job costs and flag issues before they affect profitability.
- Manage project scope while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, estimating, project management, or a related construction/trades role.
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and comfort solutions.
- Experience preparing estimates and successfully closing sales.
- Relationship-building experience with builders, property managers, realtors, or industry partners is an asset.
- Comfortable using CRM, estimating, or field service software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
