Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook breakfast items and other menu offerings to high standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Assist in food prep for lunch and dinner service as needed.
- Support team members in delivering excellent customer service.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency.
- Manage inventory levels and communicate supply needs.




- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on quality and efficiency.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook or breakfast cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic culinary skills including preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Prior experience in a casual dining setting is a plus.
